Viva Espana!

Well that was a once in a lifetime opportunity.
I guess that's a good theme for this trip.
Expect the unexpected.
And get more out of it then you could have ever expected.
This trip never ceases to amaze me.


Espana won the World Cup yesterday.
How crazy is that!
There first time in the world cup final.
and they won.
The end that's all.
And I was in Spain when this happened.
I got to experience the chaos of everyone freaking out.
The excitement of the country when they took it all home.


I experienced history.
How many people are going to be able to say this.
It's amazing to me
How something like this happens.
How I just happen to be in the right place at the right time.
That's not an everyday thing.
And it's not luck either.


Everything happens for a reason.
I'm on this adventure for a reason.
I'm on this trip to learn about myself.
To discover things hidden deep inside
and let me tell you,
I sure am learning a lot.
It's so easy to doubt myself.
To think I'm not capable for much.
And then I acheive a new high.
I've learned to stand up on my own
And to keep my head up when I'm trying something.
It's not always going to be perfect
But at least I've tried.

And now that I can stand on my own feet
I'm not letting go of that feeling.
I've learned that I don't need to worry.
That each day is a new day
and if something went wrong the day before
It shouldn't carry over to the next day.
Each day I wake up with a brand new feeling
revived in my emotions.
content in the path I've chosen.
I'm learning to live each day one day at a time.
And focusing on the present,
not the days ahead of me.


It's a new feeling for me.
but I wouldn't change a second of it.
I'm happy.
I have so much to take home with me from this.


I'm blessed.
God's given me so much.
He continues to give in my brokeness
in the times I'm calling out for him more.
And he never fails.
His love never fails.
It's what's gotten me this far.
And His love is what's going to get me through the rest of it
His love is whats going to get me through life.
I'm in awe.
